Miniature typewriter

Hi guys!
Thank you for your all fantastic comments. This time won't any books or libraries but...

I have wanted to make a miniature typewriter for a long time. Especially, that there is this one in real size at our home, which is our favorite decoration. That bigger one it's old Olympia, this little one (even two ones) which I have finished yesterday - is the Remington. And I guess this is also very old item ;-)
I love old typewriters, they remind me days of old when the life went slower. I think also, that each of them has its own mystery.
My tiny Remington, for instance,  was used by the author of detective stories. He has wrote lot of great books but all were lost, unfortunately...
Nowadays, no one uses typewriters I guess. Although, who knows?
Maybe some an incurable romantic? who prefers the sound of typewriter than ordinary tapping of laptops? :-)

Sandcastles and houses of cards

When I was little girl, I adored to build  houses and castles of cards.
Now, I'm playing again :-)

Then I liked also to build castles of sand... Now, I like too ;-)

Both of castles, of sand or of cards, are very similar, because they are very
fragile, they are wonderful but momentarily, like all around us....

OK... let's back to my Favourites :-)
there are more and more!

And... another guest: lovely Jay ...
Although, Blue Jay from North America is more beautiful,
however,  "mine" also has bit of blue colour.
(I hope, she will lose one of her blue feather for me ;-)

And Star of the last week: Great spotted Woodpecker!!
Welcome to my balcony!! :-D

Happy November my Friends! Big hugs :-)

Buttercups in my room

When you visit your childhood room, built of memories,
everything seems so small.
You remember the shadows on the walls and the sunlight which see through the curtains.
You rediscover an unfinished needlework, old herbarium with flower petals,
the small wooden piano with true music inside,
never worn ballet shoes, a dress with a collar...
Could one really sew on a small machine like that?
Meadow Buttercups which is always plentiful,
Why not withered?
they live so short after all

Kiedy odwiedzasz swój pokój z dzieciństwa, zbudowany ze wspomnień,
wszystko wydaje się takie małe.
Pamiętasz cienie na ścianach i słoneczne światło przebijające firankę.
Bierzesz do ręki niedokończone robótki,  stary zeszyt z zasuszonymi płatkami,
